About Ballistic Art:
You know what a "ballistic missile" is, right? It's a missile that you "fire and forget." You set it up so that it's pointed in the right direction,
and you try to make calculations to take wind and temperature and such into account, and you, well, shoot it and hope. You hope that it will land
very close to where you were trying to land it!
That's how we produce our Ballistic Art. We set up the user interface, do some calculations, verify that our settings
reflect roughly what we're hoping to accomplish, and we fire it off! Meaning: We click the "Go" button.
After a not unreasonable time, the program that we wrote executes a new piece of art. Some of these pieces of
art are some of the most beautiful "paintings" we've ever seen. And they look even better when we print them in very
high resolution on acrylic, or on canvas, or on metal. Even on fabric!
What's extra nice about Ballistic Art is that as we get used to the results of the inputs you use, we can tweak those
parameters, and adjust the result to something you might like a lot more. The other really nice thing about
Ballistic Art is that each successive attempt that we make, to produce a work
of art, takes only a short time! So "trying until we get it right" is really easy!
Also, a truly revolutionary thing about Ballistic Art is the ability to make a "series."
This is some number of Ballistic Art works, each of which is entirely original, and differs from all the others by only a
slight tweak. The difference is visible, but the changes that produce the image can be absolutely tiny! And, again,
each member of the series is entirely, utterly original! You can get as many images in a series as you wish!
And they're all originals. And, if you ask us to, we'll "break the mold," so to speak. That costs a bit more, but it means that
you, and only you, will have a completely original work of art. A work of which no one else will ever have
a copy. If we don't "break the mold," we will produce a maximum of 1,000 copies of each of our works, and then
retire that image.
Finally, these images are really beautiful, as you can see on the Inventory Page,
and each image is entirely original. If you were to purchase beautiful, intricate, original works of art from the
artist himself, you might expect to pay thousands of dollars for each one. With Ballistic Art, you won't pay
thousands of dollars for each work! At this point you'll pay... $49. Plus shipping. Call 860-656-5014 for inquiries.

How We Produce Ballistic Art:We produce our images ourselves, using our (patent pending) process. The first step
is to set up The Art Engine. That's the program that we wrote, over several years, to produce the color map that
eventually becomes a Ballistic Art image. We launch the program and check out the result. If we like it -- a lot! -- the
image makes it into the Inventory. If we don't like it that much, then we change the parameters that we feed
to The Art Engine, and relaunch the Engine. We keep doing that until we produce an image that's suitable for the
Inventory. Simple as that.
If you order an image from us, we use a third-party service to immortalize the image(s) you've chosen in the size and media
of your choice. You can own our images on media such as acrylic, metal, canvas -- like a painting -- in a
calendar, as a poster, or even on a comforter for your bed!
Here are a couple of examples of Ballistic Art on a residence's walls. Some acrylics and canvases.

The Program/The Algorithm
Each Ballistic Art Image is made by our Art Generator Program. (Sometimes referred to as "The Art Engine.") The program makes an image using...
The Algorithm. 😂 Yes, it's The Algorithm. The artist fills in various parameters pertaining to colors, multipliers,
scope, as well as other ways to manipluate a color's value.
The Algorithm manipulates color values at the pixel level, but it is not a "bit map." I guess you could call it a "Color Map." The point is, though,
depending on which paradigm you wish to use to produce an image we use an Algorithm, and a bunch of parameters, to produce it.
We continue to develop algorithms to support new paradigms for image production, to add them to the repertoire.
If you peruse the Home Page, you'll notice a lot of what we call "X's" and "Boxes." This is inherent to how
the math in The Algorithm works. The Algorithm, depending on which paradigm you choose, makes X's, Boxes Circles, Pyramids, Waves, Fields of Grass,
Horizons and Lakes, Cityscapes and other forms... as your imagination decides. 😁
And, again, these images are really beautiful, as you can see on the Home Page, and each image is entirely original.
If you were to purchase beautiful, intricate, original works of art from the artist himself, you might expect to pay thousands of dollars for each one.
With Ballistic Art, you won't pay thousands of dollars for each work! At this point you'll pay... $49 pus shipping per image. That's it. Call 860-656-5014 for

About Us
We're a bunch of nerds who also have an artistic bent. We're musicians, painters, sketchers, writers and more. We love to make programs and do all manner
of other ridiculously fun things with computers and such. And, as mentioned, we love art. We've written programs to make music, to write poetry, to
write progressive rock lyrics and more. We have a lot of fun doing this!
One day, though, I showed a friend some of the designs that Beta Version 0.90 of "The Art Engine" produced, and he fell all over himself
to buy several of them right away. Needless to say, I gave him several, and his reaction was: "You need to find a way to sell these!" So,
here we are.
It bears repeating: these images are really beautiful, as you can see on the Home Page, and each image is entirely
original. If you were to purchase beautiful, intricate, original works of art from the artist himself, you might expect to pay thousands
of dollars for each one. With Ballistic Art, you won't pay thousands of dollars for each work! At this point you'll pay... $49. Plus shipping.
